摘 要:在点柱式上向水平分层充填法中留设点柱的尺寸与间距对矿山的生产有着很大的影响,若留设点柱的尺寸过小或间距过大,会导致对顶板的支撑作用不足,从而影响开采的安全性;若留设点柱的尺寸过大或间距过小,则会导致采矿损失率变大。以某矿山为工程背景,运用工程类比法以及理论计算法,对该矿山点柱式上向水平分层充填法的点柱留设参数进行研究,并开展工业试验,最终确定点柱尺寸为4 m×5 m,点柱间距为16 m×12 m,在该矿山的应用基本可行。The size and spacing of the reserved point pillar in the upward horizontal slicing stoping filling method with point pillars will have a great impact on the production of the mine.If the size and spac⁃ing of the reserved point pillar are too small or too large,it will lead to insufficient support for the roof,thus affecting the safety of mining.If the size or spacing of the point pillar are too big of too small,the min⁃ing loss rate will increase.In this paper,taking a mine as the engineering background,the engineering analogy method and theoretical calculation method are used to study the point pillar setting parameters of the upward horizontal slicing stoping filling method with point pillars of the mine,and the industrial test is carried out.It is finally determined that point pillars with the dimension of 4m×5m and the spacing of 16m×12m is basically feasible in this mine.
