摘 要:通过对某煤矿202运输顺槽的顶底板、应力环境及煤层的岩性特征进行分析,结合该矿的支护现状,采用理论分析和数值模拟的手段,对回采巷道支护提出了优化方案。理论分析表明,巷道顶板垂直应力通过岩层间传递作用于巷道底板,造成底板出现持续性底鼓现象,同时顶板各岩层界面处容易发生离层现象。数值模拟结果表明,巷道开挖后拉应力区的范围为1.8 m,若支护范围选择不合理的话巷道容易发生整体变形。针对上述情况,提出高强高预应力支护设计思路,确定锚杆长度选择为2.6 m,同时对该工作面的运输顺槽进行锚网索+W型钢带+喷浆的支护改进。经现场实测,采用该种方案对巷道进行支护,煤层工作面在高应力环境下回采巷道较为稳定,能够保证工作面安全回采。Based on the analysis of the roof and floor of 202 transport gateway,the lithological charac⁃teristics of the coal seam and the stress environment characteristics of the gateway in a coal mine,combined with the support status of the mine,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are used to improve the support of the stope roadway.Theoretical analysis shows that the vertical stress of roadway roof rock layer acts on the roadway floor through the stress transmission between rock layers,causing the floor to appear continuous floor heave,and at the same time,the separation phenomenon is easy to occur at the interface of roof rock layers.The numerical simulation results show that the range of the tensile stress zone after the ex⁃cavation of the roadway is 1.8 m,and the overall deformation of the roadway is easy to occur if the selection of the support range is unreasonable.In view of the above situation,the design idea of high strength and high prestress support is proposed,and the anchor bolt length is determined to be 2.6 m.At the same time,the support improvement of anchor mesh cable+W-shaped steel strip+shotcrete is carried out for the trans⁃portation chute of the working face.The field test and monitoring results show that the coal seam working face is more stable in the high stress environment when the roadway is supported by this scheme,which can ensure the safe mining of the working face.
