摘  要:一般工业固体废物渗滤液重金属较高且随着接受固废种类的不同,伴随产生的渗滤液因子的种类及浓度都会发生变化。一般重金属因子可通过添加化学药剂的方法去除,但渗滤液污染因子的种类及浓度都会发生变化,不仅大大增加了处理难度,而且抑制了活性污泥对去除氨氮的作用。针对该技术难题,采用生物滤塔(改性纳米材料)新型处理工艺。以马鞍山市洁源环保有限公司固废渗滤液为对象,通过实验室试验以及现场中试表明:生物滤塔(改性纳米材料)新型处理工艺能够有效地解决一般工业固体废物(Ⅱ类)渗滤液污染因子成分及浓度不断变化带来的处理难度问题,同时能够去除渗滤液中氨氮,实现了达标回用的效果。General industrial solid waste leachate has high heavy metals,and the type and concentra⁃tion of leachate factors accompanying with different types of solid wastes will change.Generally,heavy met⁃al factors can be removed by adding chemicals,but the types and concentrations of leachate pollution factors will change,which not only greatly increases the difficulty of treatment,but also inhibits the effect of acti⁃vated sludge on ammonia nitrogen removal.In response to this technical problem,a new treatment process called biological filter tower(modified nanomaterials)is adopted.Taking the solid waste leachate of Ma'an⁃shan Jieyuan Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.as the object,laboratory tests and on-site pilot tests show that the new treatment process called biological filter tower(modified nanomaterials)can effectively solve the general industrial solid waste(Ⅱ) The problem of treatment difficulty caused by the constant changes in the composition and concentration of leachate pollution factors,and at the same time,it can remave ammo⁃nia nitrogen in the leachate,and achieve the effect of up-to-standard reuse.
