摘 要:为了提高选矿厂自动化水平,针对选矿厂磁选控制系统水平低的问题进行了磁选工艺考察,并对影响精矿及尾矿品位的众多因素进行了研究。研究结果表明:磁选过程影响因素较多,过程复杂,不可控因素较多,还面临一些操作参数信息滞后的问题;不同类型的磁选机有着不同的调节方法,在自动控制中需要针对性地设计调节方案;传感器和操作系统的不足也影响了选矿质量和效率。磁选工艺自动化还应充分融入新的研究,以促进选矿厂自动化的发展及应用,提高选矿厂的经济效益。In order to improve the automation level of the concentrator,the magnetic separation pro⁃cess was investigated for the low level of the magnetic separation control system of the concentrator,and many factors affecting the grade of concentrate and tailings were studied.The results show that the magnetic separation process has many influencing factors,the process is complex,there are many uncontrollable fac⁃tors,and there are some problems of lagging operation parameter information.Different types of magnetic separators have different adjustment methods,so it is necessary to design a specific adjustment scheme in automatic control.The lack of sensors and operating systems also affects the quality and efficiency of benefi⁃ciation.The automation of magnetic separation process should also be fully integrated into new research to promote the development and application of automation in concentrators and improve the economic benefits of concentrators.
