摘 要:为了进一步提高金的浸出率,提升企业经济效益,针对某冶炼厂金精矿配矿后金浸出率降低的问题,进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究,探讨了影响金精矿氰化浸出的因素。研究结果表明:两段焙烧系统的调浆工段物料打散不充分、存在团聚状硫化物假颗粒是影响生产现场金浸出率指标的主要因素;金精矿中伊利石是载金矿物之一,在焙烧过程中伊利石发生脱羟反应、结构破坏、发生相变、对赋载其中的金产生束缚效应是影响生产现场金浸出率指标的次要因素。In order to further improve the leaching rate of gold and enhance the economic benefits of enterprises,aiming at the problems of the leaching rate reducing of gold after gold concentrate blending in a smelter,a systematic process mineralogy study was carried out,and the factors affecting the cyanide leach⁃ing of gold concentrate were discussed.The results show that the main factors affecting the gold leaching rate in the production site are the insufficient disintegration of the materials in the mixing section of the two stage roasting system and the existence of agglomerated sulfide pseudo-particles.Illite in gold concentrate is one of the gold-bearing minerals.In the roasting process,the dehydroxylation reaction,structural damage,phase transformation and binding effect on the gold contained in illite are the secondary factors affecting the gold leaching rate index in the production site.
