摘 要:凹山选矿厂为了降本增效,针对循环水水质差、尾矿流体输送成本高、工艺复杂和设备老旧等问题,将原有6台Φ50 m周边传动浓密机改为1台HRTΦ63 m高效浓密机,优选新的絮凝剂PAM(A456L)进行尾矿絮凝试验。通过将絮凝剂干尾用量降至20.13 g/t,浓密机底流浓度提高至40%以上,极大地缩短了工艺流程并减少了设备数量,明显改善了循环水水质,节约清水用量759万t/a,降低了尾矿和环水输送能耗,提高了自动化水平,实现了浓缩系统无人值守,优化了选厂人员结构,经济效益显著。In order to reduce cost and increase efficiency,aiming at the problems of poor circulating water quality,high cost of tailings fluid transportation,complex process and old equipment,the original sixϕ50 m peripheral transmission thickeners were changed to one HRTϕ63 m high efficiency thickener,and the new flocculant PAM(A456 L)was selected for tailings flocculation test.By reducing the amount of floc⁃culant dry tail to 20.13 g/t,the underflow concentration of thickener is increased to more than 40%,which greatly shortens the process flow and reduces the number of equipment,significantly improves the quality of circulating water,saves 7.59 million t/a of clean water,reduces the energy consumption of tailings and cir⁃culating water transportation,improves the automation level,realizes the unattended concentration system,optimizes the personnel structure of the concentrator,and has remarkable economic benefits.
