摘 要:马钢矿业张庄矿选厂为了解决智能化建设导致的用水系统用水量增加、浓缩大井负荷过大、浓缩大井溢流漫水等一系列问题,开展了选矿用水系统优化及改进。通过工序管路优化强化内部再循环及将浓缩大井溢流水提前引入临近补加点等措施,解决了浓缩大井溢流漫水现象,稳定了浓缩大井液位,且未对后续工艺指标产生影响,优化效果及经济效益显著。In order to solve a series of problems such as the increase of water consumption in water sys⁃tem,the excessive load of concentrated large wells and the overflow of concentrated large wells caused by in⁃telligent construction,the optimization and improvement of mineral processing water system were carried out in Zhangzhuang Mine of Masteel Mining Industry.By optimizing the process pipeline to strengthen the in⁃ternal recycling and introducing the overflow water of the concentrated large well into the adjacent supple⁃ment point in advance,the overflow water phenomenon of the concentrated large well is solved,the liquid level of the concentrated large well is stabilized,and the subsequent process index is not affected.The opti⁃mization effect and economic benefit are remarkable.
