摘 要:某铜矿山由于尾矿库库容不够,面临即将被关停的困境,为了延长矿山服务年限,针对浮选尾矿含硫品位较高,不能直接作为建筑原料的问题,进行了浮选尾矿降硫试验研究。研究发现,采用浮选法可将尾矿硫品位从2.00%左右降到0.50%以下,同时可获得硫品位35.00%以上的标硫精矿。依据试验结果,结合生产实际,进行了工艺流程、设备选型和配置方案设计,项目建成后,获得了含硫0.38%的尾矿,满足建材原料要求,同时获得了硫品位35.68%,回收率80.86%的标硫精矿,提高了企业经济效益,矿山尾矿资源得到了有效开发和利用。Due to the insufficient storage capacity of tailings in a copper mine,it is facing the dilem⁃ma of being shut down.In order to prolong the service life of the mine,aiming at the problem that the flota⁃tion tailings have high sulfur content and cannot be directly used as building materials,the flotation tailings sulfur reduction test was carried out.It is found that the sulfur grade of tailings can be reduced from about 2.00%to less than 0.50%by flotation method,and the standard sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of more than 35.00%can be obtained.According to the test results,combined with the actual production,the pro⁃cess flow,equipment selection and configuration scheme design were carried out.After the completion of the project,the tailings containing 0.38%sulfur were obtained,which met the requirements of building materi⁃als.At the same time,the standard sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 35.68%and recovery rate of 80.86%was obtained,which improved the economic benefits of the enterprise,mine tailings resources have been effectively developed and utilized.
