摘 要:为支撑南芬选矿厂智能提效大型化改造,以主采场矿石为研究对象,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,采用辊磨前干抛—高压辊磨—辊磨产品湿式抛尾—阶段磨矿—弱磁选组合工艺流程,可提前抛除产率21.40%的尾矿,大幅降低后续入磨矿量,提升入磨矿样全铁品位,最终获得产率39.07%,TFe和mFe含量分别为68.20%和66.19%,TFe和mFe回收率分别为86.66%和98.98%的铁精矿。In order to support the large-scale transformation of intelligent efficiency improvement of Nanfen Concentrator,taking the ore in the main stope as the research object,and on the basis of process mineralogy research,the combined process flow of dry tailings discarding before roller grinding-high pres⁃sure grinding roller-wet tailings discarding of roller grinding products-stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation can be used to remove the tailings with yield of 21.40%in advance,greatly reduce the subse⁃quent grinding amount,and improve the TFe grade of the ore entering the grinding process.The final yield of iron concentrate is 39.07%,the content of TFe and mFe are 68.20%and 66.19%respectively,and the re⁃coveries of TFe and mFe are 86.66%and 98.98%respectively.
