摘 要:为给铜绿山选矿厂浮选提供更高效率、更高质量的药剂,针对选矿厂老制备室存在的设施老化、安全隐患大、药剂气味浓等安全环保问题,进行了制备室升级改造方案研究。分析了选矿厂老制备室的运行现状,在新制备室的选址、工程事项及方案优缺点等方面进行了2种改造方案的对比,最终确定了拆除老制备室、新建制备室的化药方案,并通过化药方案的实施及新制备室的升级改造,降低了工人劳动强度,解决了相关安全环保问题,取得了显著的环境效益,符合矿山科学绿色的发展要求。In order to provide higher efficiency and higher quality reagents for flotation in Tonglushan Concentrator,the upgrading and transformation scheme of the preparation room was studied in view of the safety and environmental protection problems such as aging facilities,great safety hazards and strong odor of reagents in the old preparation room of the concentrator.The operation status of the old preparation room of the concentrator is analyzed.The two transformation schemes are compared in the aspects of site selection,engineering matters and advantages and disadvantages of the new preparation room.Finally,the chemical scheme of dismantling the old preparation room and building the new preparation room is determined.Through the implementation of the chemical scheme and the upgrading of the new preparation room,the la⁃bor intensity of workers is reduced,the related safety and environmental protection problems are solved,and remarkable environmental benefits are achieved,which meets the requirements of scientific and green development of mines.
