摘 要:为了开发永磁磁路强磁选机,针对永磁闭合磁路工作空间的磁场特性进行了深入研究,建立了永磁闭合磁路的磁场强度参数化模型,仿真分析了磁路结构参数对于工作空间磁场强度及漏磁的影响,发现工作空间磁场强度与永磁体形状、工作空间磁极距和工作宽度有关。根据仿真分析结果得出:永磁体截面积与高的比越大、磁极距越小、工作宽度越小,工作空间磁场强度越高。根据优化后的磁路模型制作了试验样机,通过磁场实测验证了仿真模型的正确性。In order to develop a permanent magnet magnetic circuit high intensity magnetic separator,the magnetic field characteristics of the permanent magnet closed magnetic circuit workspace are studied in depth,and the magnetic field strength parameterization model of the permanent magnet closed magnetic cir⁃cuit is established.The influence of magnetic circuit structure parameters on the magnetic field strength and magnetic flux leakage in the workspace is simulated and analyzed.It is found that the magnetic field strength in the workspace is related to the shape of the permanent magnet,the magnetic pole distance and the work⁃ing width of the workspace.According to the simulation analysis results,the larger the ratio of the cross-sec⁃tional area of the permanent magnet to the height,the smaller the magnetic pole distance,the smaller the working width,and the higher the magnetic field strength in the working space.According to the optimized magnetic circuit model,a test prototype is made,and the correctness of the simulation model is verified by magnetic field measurement.
