摘 要:为了研究验证立盘式搅拌磨机对铁氧体磁粉超细磨效果的影响规律,基于试验室立盘式搅拌磨机试验平台进行正交试验,进行了搅拌盘直径、相邻搅拌盘间隙、空隙盘面积比、搅拌盘边缘线速度、搅拌盘数量5个关键参数对磨矿效果的影响规律研究。研究结果表明:以能耗作为考核指标,影响作用从大到小依次为搅拌盘转动速度、搅拌盘数量、搅拌盘直径、相邻搅拌盘间隙和空隙盘面积比;试验对比了北矿科技阜阳生产基地铁氧体磁粉的超细磨过程,使用立盘式搅拌磨机为超细磨设备,可降低吨能耗22.5%。In order to study and verify the influence of vertical disc stirred mill on the ultrafine grind⁃ing effect of ferrite magnetic powder,the orthogonal test was carried out based on the test platform of vertical disc stirred mill in the laboratory.The influence of five key parameters,such as the diameter of the stirring plate,the gap between adjacent stirring plates,the area ratio of the gap plate,the linear velocity of the edge of the stirring plate and the number of stirring plates,on the grinding effect was studied.The results show that with energy consumption as the assessment index,the influence from large to small is the rotation speed of the stirring plate,the number of stirring plates,the diameter of the stirring plate,the gap between adjacent stirring plates and the area ratio of the gap plate.The ultra-fine grinding process of ferrite magnetic powder in Fuyang production base of BGRIMM Machinery and Automation Technology Co.,Ltd.was compared.The vertical plate stirring mill was used as the ultra-fine grinding equipment,which can reduce the energy con⁃sumption by 22.5%per ton.
