摘 要:为加速尾砂的沉降,降低上清液中的絮凝剂残留量,减小对浮选指标的影响,大冶铁矿选厂进行了絮凝剂选型、搅拌槽改进、浓缩设备改型试验。试验结果表明:经过絮凝剂选型及一系列的措施改进,尾砂浓缩中的絮凝剂添加量由40 g/t降至15 g/t,铜精矿回收率由82.54%恢复至84.35%,大幅降低了回水中残留絮凝剂对浮选指标的影响,经济效益显著,具有一定的推广应用价值。In order to accelerate the settlement of tailings,reduce the residual amount of flocculant in the supernatant and reduce the influence on flotation index,Daye Iron Mine concentrator carried out floccu⁃lant selection,stirring tank improvement and concentration equipment modification test.The test results show that after the selection of flocculant and a series of measures to improve,the amount of flocculant add⁃ed in tailings concentration is reduced from 40 g/t to 15 g/t,and the recovery rate of copper concentrate is re⁃stored from 82.54%to 84.35%,which greatly reduces the influence of residual flocculant in return water on flotation index.The economic benefit is remarkable,and it has certain popularization and application value.
