摘　　要：针对基于电路交换技术体制的专用电话网现状及升级换代需求,提出了基于IP多媒体子系统(IMS)的专用电话网网络架构方案、主要网元部署原则、用户接入方式及安全增强方案,并分析了典型业务处理流程。同时,结合NFV、AI等新兴技术的发展应用,提出了专用电话网网络下一步发展趋势及目标网络架构,为专用电话网网络建设发展提供参考。According to the present situation and upgrading demand of private telephone network based on circuit switching technology,the architecture scheme of private telephone network based on IMS,the deployment principle of main network elements,the user access mode and the security enhancement scheme are put forward and the typical business processing flow is analyzed.At the same time,combined with the development and application of emerging technologies such as NFV and AI,the next development trend and target network architecture of private telephone network are put forward,which can provide a reference for the construction and development of private telephone network.
