摘　　要：作为经济全球化与教育国际化双重驱动下的产物,中外合作办学是推动高等教育开放与发展的中坚力量。中外合作办学的效果和质量,是促进广西教育高水平对外开放、助推高等教育内涵式发展的关键所在。基于广西中外合作办学现状,结合专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,构建办学效果评价指标体系,对“4+0”和“3+1”两种办学模式下的典型案例进行评价分析,并根据评估结果提出提高人才培养质量、优化师资队伍建设、提升办学管理水平等针对性建议。As the product of economic globalization and education internationalization,Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is the backbone to promote the opening and development of higher education.The effect and quality of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools are the key to promoting the high-level opening up of education in Guangxi and the connotative development of higher education.Based on the current situation of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Guangxi,combining expert interview and questionnaire survey,this paper establishes an evaluation index system for school-running effects,evaluates and analyzes the typical cases under“4+0”and“3+1”school-running modes,and puts forward specific suggestions such as improving the quality of talent training,optimizing the construction of the teaching staff,and improving the management level of school running according to the evaluation results.
