清痰化瘀方对稳定性冠心病患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]评价清痰化瘀方对稳定性冠心病痰热瘀结证患者生活质量的影响。[方法]纳入稳定性冠心病痰热瘀结证门诊患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,治疗组在原西医治疗基础上加用清痰化瘀方,对照组继续采用原有西医常规治疗,疗程均为(10±3)d。疗程结束后评价对西雅图心绞痛量表计分(躯体受限程度、心绞痛发作情况、治疗满意程度、疾病认识程度)的影响,同时评价心绞痛计分、中医证候积分等指标,并记录不良事件。[结果]经治疗后,治疗组躯体受限程度、心绞痛发作情况、治疗满意程度、疾病认识程度计分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组心绞痛计分、中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,经治疗后前者心绞痛计分(P<0.05)、中医证候积分明显低于后者(P<0.01);两组间不良事件差异无统计学意义。[结论]清痰化瘀方能有效改善稳定性冠心病痰热瘀结证患者心绞痛症状,提高生活质量,且安全性良好。[Objective]To evaluate the effect of Qingtan Huayu Recipe on the quality of life of stable coronary heart disease patients with phlegm-heat and blood stasis syndrome.[Methods]The outpatients with phlegm-heat and blood stasis syndrome of stable coronary heart disease were included and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with Qingtan Huayu Recipe on the basis of the original western medicine treatment,and the control group continued to be treated with the original western medicine routine treatment.The course of treatment was(10±3)d.After treatment,the effect of Seattle angina questionnaire score(physical limitation,angina pectoris attack,treatment satisfaction,disease awareness)was evaluated,and angina pectoris score,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score were evaluated,and adverse events were recorded.[Results]After treatment,the scores of physical limitations,angina pectoris attack,treatment satisfaction,disease awareness in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the angina pectoris score and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group and control group were lower than those before treatment.After treatment,the angina score(P<0.05)and TCM syndrome score(P<0.01)of the former were significantly lower than those of the latter.There was no significant difference in adverse events between the two groups.[Conclusion]Qingtan Huayu Recipe can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and improve the quality of life in stable coronary heart disease patients with phlegm-heat and blood stasis syndrome.
