摘 要:本研究通过梳理先秦至清代本草文献中所记载的升麻性味、归经、升降浮沉等药物性能及功能主治的相关描述记载,系统厘清升麻升降浮沉药性产生的历史沿革及演变历程,确认不同时期不同医家对升麻升降浮沉药性的认识,比较分析其认识差异的内涵和形成根源,为深化升麻升降浮沉药性的理解,指导临床合理用药奠定文献基础。This study was conducted to clarify the history and evolution of the medicinal properties of shoma by combing the ancient materia medica literature,and to confirm the understanding of the medicinal properties of shoma by different doctors in different periods,and to compare and analyze the connotation and root causes of the differences in their understanding,so as to deepen the understanding of the medicinal properties of shoma and to lay the foundation of the literature to guide the rational clinical use of medicine.
