摘　　要：紫珠属药用植物资源丰富,具有良好的药用价值,并在临床中广泛使用。药用紫珠属植物中主要含有苯乙醇苷类、黄酮类、环烯醚萜苷类等化学成分,具有止血,抗炎,抗氧化,抗肿瘤等药理作用。该文章系统总结了药用紫珠属的化学成分、药理作用研究进展并对其质量标志物(Q-Marker)进行分析,预测毛蕊花糖苷,异毛蕊花糖苷,连翘酯苷B,木犀草苷,木犀草素,芹菜素,槲皮素,verbascoside,金石蚕苷等可作为药用紫珠属植物的主要Q-Marker,为紫珠属植物质量评价体系的建立和进一步研究开发提供科学依据。The medicinal plants of Callicarpa L.are rich in resources,has good medicinal value,and is widely used in clinic.It mainly contains phenylethanoids,flavonoids,iridoid glycosides and other chemical constituents,with hemostatic,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor and other pharmacological effects.This paper systematically summarizes the research progress on the chemical composition,pharmacological action of four kinds of medicinal Callicarpa L.and its quality markers(Q-Markers)were predicted and analyzed acteoside,isoacteoside,forsythoside B,luteoloside,luteolin,apigenin,quercetin,verbascoside,poliumoside,etc.can be used as the main Q-Marker of Callicarpa L.,in order to provide reference for the establishment of quality evaluation system,further research,comprehensive utilization and development of Callicarpa L..
