摘  要:红土镍矿含有可开发利用的镍、大量的铁和具有可回收价值的钻、镁、钪等有价元素,如何开发利用红土镍矿中的铁资源并综合回收其他有价或稀有金属具有重要意义。重点综述了红土镍矿火法冶金提铁镍、湿法冶金提镍冶炼渣回收铁技术的研究现状,在此基础上分析和展望了红土镍矿加压酸浸提镍后所得湿法冶金渣铁资源综合利用的前景。Laterite nickel ore contains exploitable nickel,a large amount of iron and valuable elements such as cobalt,magnesium and scandium with recoverable value.How to develop and utilize iron resources in laterite nickel ore and comprehensively recover other valuable or rare metals is of great significance.The research status of the technologies of extracting iron and nickel from laterite nickel ore by pyrometallurgy and recovering iron from nickel smelting slag by hydrometallurgy is emphatically summarized.On this basis,the prospect of comprehensive utilization of iron resources from residues obtained from pressurized acid leaching of nickel from laterite nickel ore is analyzed and prospected.
