摘  要:采用化学多元素分析、物相分析、光学显微镜分析等分析测试手段对云南某砂岩型铜硫矿石的化学性质、主要矿物组成、矿石结构构造及各金属矿物的嵌布粒度和特性等进行分析。结果表明:该矿石氧化率低,铜矿物主要以硫化铜的形式存在,可回收利用的主要有价元素为Cu、S和Fe,品位分别为0.38%、8.92%和12.87%;主要金属矿物为黄铁矿,次为黄铜矿、闪锌矿,偶见方铅矿;脉石矿物主要由石英、绢云母、绢云母化长石、绿帘石等组成;矿石结构较为复杂,黄铜矿多与黄铁矿呈包裹胶结嵌镶或呈粒状星散分布于脉石胶结物中,选择合适的磨矿细度是实现铜硫有效分离的关键。针对以上工艺矿物学特征,推荐选用一段磨矿,优先选铜、尾矿再选硫的浮选原则流程。The chemical properties,main mineral composition,ore structure and the distribution granularity and characteristics of each metal mineral of a sandstone type copper-sulfide ore in Yunnan were analyzed by chemical multi-element analysis,phase analysis,optical microscope analysis and other analytical tests.The results show that the oxidation rate of the ore is extremely low,and the copper minerals mainly exist in the form of copper sulfide,and the main valuable elements that can be recovered are Cu,S and Fe,with the grades of 0.38%,8.92%and 12.87%,respectively.The main metal minerals are chalcopyrite,followed by pyrite and sphalerite,with galena occasionally observed.The gangue minerals are mainly composed of quartz,sericite,sericite feldspar,chlorite etc.The structure of the ore is complex,and chalcopyrite is mostly embedded with pyrite in wrapped cement or scattered in granular form in the gangue cement,so the selection of suitable grinding fineness is the key to achieve effective separation of copper and sulfur.In view of the above process mineralogical characteristics,it is proposed to choose a flotation principle process of one section of grinding,priority copper separation,tailing and then sulfur separation.
