摘 要:煤矿架空乘人装置,俗称猴车,是煤矿上运送人员的重要设备。针对猴车乘坐舒适性不佳的问题,运用TRIZ与TOC融合的矛盾分析与解决方法对猴车乘坐不舒服的问题进行了现状树分析,聚焦到两个核心问题,进而分析出两组物理矛盾,利用四大分离原理共提出了六种概念方案。设计实例验证了TRIZ与TOC融合创新的有效性,及其在矿冶生产领域实现技术创新的可行性。Coal mine overhead passenger device,commonly known as monkey car,is an important equipment for transporting workers in coal mines.Aiming at the problem of poor riding comfort in monkey cars,a current tree analysis was carried out on the problem of uncomfortable riding in monkey cars by using the contradiction analysis and solution method of the fusion of TRIZ and TOC,focusing on two core problems.Then,two physical contradictions are analyzed,and six conceptual schemes are proposed by using the four separation principles.The design example verifies the effectiveness of the fusion innovation of TRIZ and TOC,and the feasibility of realizing technological innovation in the field of mining and metallurgy production.
