摘  要:在西南山区铁路长大隧道施工中,贯通式平导辅助正洞施工作为常见的施工方案,因平导施工牵引正洞施工,平导施工进度成为影响隧道整体工期的关键。为加快平导施工进度,通过分析贯通式平导施工面临的挑战,从技术管理、进度管理、安全质量管理和成本管理进行了经验总结,为西南山区类似铁路隧道施工提供参考。In the construction of long railway tunnels in the mountainous area in southwest China,it is a common construction method to use the through parallel drift to assist the construction of the main tunnel.Since the construction of parallel drift leads the construction of the main tunnel,the construction progress of parallel drift has become the key factor affecting the overall construction period of the tunnel.In order to accelerate parallel drift construction progress,the paper analyzes the difficulties encountered during parallel drift construction,summarizes the experience in terms of technical management,schedule management,safety and quality management,and cost management,and serves as a reference for similar railway tunnel construction in southwest China’s mountainous area.
