摘 要:桥梁专业向数字化转型是当前的发展趋势,但技术路线还不十分清晰。通过对比分析数字化生产和BIM的技术路线,发现BIM技术存在盲目采集数据和与生产业务脱节的缺陷;通过研究数字化生产技术的“赋能”机理,归纳数字化生产的通用技术路线,指出数字化转型应以生产流程数字化和生产设备数控化为突破口;以混凝土振捣业务为例,探讨数字化生产通用技术路线在桥梁专业的适用性。指出数字化生产通用技术路线在理论上可以用于桥梁专业,并提出用BIM技术来协调多业务数字化生产的建议。Digital transformation is the current development trend of bridge specialty,but the technical route is not very clear.A comparison of the technical routes of digital production and BIM finds that BIM technology has the defects of blind data-collection and disconnection from production business.In this paper,the"enabling"mechanism of digital production technology is researched,and the general technical route of digital production is summarized,and it is concluded that the digital transformation should take the digitalization of production process and the NC/CNC of production equipment as the starting point.Taking the concrete vibration business as an example,the applicability of the general technical route of digital production in bridge specialty is discussed.It is pointed out that the general technical route of digital production can be used for bridge specialty in theory,and it is proposed to coordinate multi-service digital production with BIM technology.
