摘 要:节段预制胶拼混凝土梁具有施工速度快、梁体工厂化制造质量高、施工期对环境干扰小等优点,已在市政、公路及铁路桥梁工程中逐步推广。由于普通钢筋在混凝土节段间不连续、拼接胶性能受多因素影响、节段拼接工艺不确定性多等特点,混凝土预制节段间的接缝仍是节段拼装桥梁中的薄弱部位,接缝受力性能是影响节段胶拼桥梁质量安全的重要因素。本文聚焦胶接缝宏观力学性能、耐久性能、影响胶接缝粘结性能因素等关键点,开展胶接缝抗弯、抗剪、抗拉及耐久性能的试验研究,以期为节段胶拼混凝土梁接缝的设计施工优化提供参考。With the advantages of fast construction speed,high manufacturing quality,and low environmental pollution during the construction period,segmental precast glued concrete beams have been gradually popularized in municipal,highway,and railroad bridge projects.Due to characteristics such as the discontinuity of ordinary reinforcement between concrete segments,the performance of structural glue affected by multiple factors,and the uncertainty of the segmental matching process,the joints are still the weak link in segmental assembled bridges.The mechanical performance of the glued joint is an important factor affecting the quality and safety of segmental assembled bridges.This paper focused on the key points of the macromechanical performance of glued joints,their durability,and factors affecting the bond strength of glued joints,and carried out experimental studies on the flexural,shear,tensile,and durability performances of glued joints.The study results can be used as a reference for the design and construction optimization of joints in segmental glued concrete beams.
