基于TRIZ理论及专利分析的自动化样本存储技术态势研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]当下,人类大健康环境下的产物之一是生物样本库,生物样本库的重要组成之一是自动化样本存储设备,而自动化样本存储技术建设需求尤为紧迫。基于专利分析的生物样本库之样本低温存储设备态势旨在研究其发展现状及趋势,为样本低温存储设备的产业发展提供技术情报支撑。[方法/过程]基于Patsnap专利数据库对自动化样本存储设备进行专利检索及分析,为了更好地标记样本存储设备的核心技术领域,以及更加全面地分析低温存储技术的发展现状,应分别从存储设备技术的申请趋势、申请人国际分布、申请领域分布、申请人以及技术生命周期等方面展开分析。针对存储设备技术专利的申请趋势、存储设备技术的发展方向及趋势判断,主要通过TRIZ理论中的“S”曲线及技术进化法则加以研究。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,自动化样本存储设备处于成熟期,研究热点集中在控制管理系统、机械提取、样本转运等方面,技术进化趋势为:智能管理、自动控制、全程冷链。[Purpose/significance]At present,one of the products of human health environment is the biological sample bank.One of the important components of the biological sample bank is the automatic sample storage technology.Its construction needs are particularly urgent.The trend of sample cryogenic storage equipment in biological sample library based on patent analysis aims to study its development status and trend,and provide technical information support for the industrial development of sample cryogenic storage equipment.[Method/process]Based on the patsnap patent database,the automatic sample storage device is searched and analyzed.In order to better mark the core technology field of the sample storage device and more comprehensively analyze the development status of the low-temperature storage technology,the application trend of the storage device technology,the international distribution of the applicant,the distribution of the application field,the applicant and the technology life cycle should be analyzed respectively.The application trend of storage device technology patent,the development direction and trend judgment of storage device technology are mainly studied through the“s”curve and the law of technology evolution in TRIZ theory.[Result/conclusion]The research result shows that the automatic sample storage device is in the mature stage,and the research focuses on the control management system,mechanical extraction,sample transfer,etc.,the technology evolution trend is:intelligent management,automatic control,and the whole process cold chain.
