摘　　要：推进产学研深度融合,加强高校科技成果转化是中国经济高质量发展的重要途径之一。通过收集20所中国纺织高校1985-2021年发明专利,深入分析高校产学研合作创新开展情况与发明专利转化绩效间关系。研究结论发现:首先,中国纺织高校产学研联合专利申请与专利转化均呈现出快速增加趋势,但是转化专利占产学研合作创新成果的比例较低;其次,高校产学研合作广度与深度负向作用于整体专利转化数量,而合作多元度则对专利转化存在显著正向影响;再次,高校产学研合作广度与深度对其合作创新成果转化存在显著倒U型影响,但产学研合作多元度对其合作创新成果转化具有显著的正向作用;最后,高校产学研合作创新成果转化数量与其转化专利自身产学研合作广度、深度与多元度之间存在显著的正向关系。It is one of the important ways for China’s high-quality economic development to promote the deep integration of industry-university-research cooperation and strengthen the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.Through the collection of invention patents of 20 Chinese textile universities from 1985 to 2021,this paper deeply analyzes the relationship between the openness heterogeneous of industry-university-research cooperation and the transformation and commercialization of invention patents in universities.The research findings are as follows:first of all,the cooperative innovation and patent transformation of China’s textile universities have shown a rapid increasing trend,but the proportion of patent transformation to the cooperative innovation achievements of industry-university-research is low.Secondly,the breadth and depth of industry-university-research cooperation have a negative effect on the number of patent conversions,while the diversity of cooperation has a significant positive impact on patent conversions.Thirdly,there is inverse U-shape influence on the relationship between the breadth and depth of industry-university-research institution cooperation and the transformation of its cooperative innovation achievements,but the diversity of industry-university-research institution cooperation is positively related with the transformation of its cooperative innovation achievements.Finally,there is a significant positive relationship between the number of university industry university research cooperation innovation achievements and the breadth,depth and diversity of industryuniversity-research institution cooperation.
