摘  要:枣树是中国重要的干果树种,分布广、种植面积大。近年来枣疯病在中国主要红枣种植区爆发流行,危害逐年加重,给红枣产业的持续健康发展构成了严重威胁。主要对枣疯病病症识别、病情指数分级、植原体鉴定和检测技术、枣树染病后的生理生化变化、致病因子的表达调控、植原体传播方式、综合防治技术等方面的研究进展进行综述。就未来在枣疯病植原体的致病机制、枣疯病植原体的传播介体叶蝉种类确定及传病机理、枣疯病的早期监测预警以及抗病品种选育等研究方向提出了展望。旨在为进一步解析枣疯病的致病机理、监测和控制枣疯病的发生、流行,维持和促进枣产业的健康可持续发展提供参考。Jujube is an important economical dry fruit species in China with a wide distribution and a large planting area.In recent years,Jujube Witches’Broom(JWB)frequently occurred and rapidly spread in the main jujube planting areas of China,and the damage has increased by years,which poses a serious threat to the sustainable and healthy development of jujube industry.This article reviews the research progress of JWB on disease symptoms identification,disease index classification,the techniques of phytoplasma identification and detection,the physi⁃ological and biochemical changes after infection,the expression regulation of pathogenic factors,the transmission route of phytoplasma,and the integrated treatment of JWB.Further research on the pathogenic mechanism of JWB,the species identification and the transmission mechanism of leafhoppers that transmit JWB,the early detection and warning,and the breeding of pathogen resistant varieties is proposed.This paper provides reference for reveal⁃ing the epidemic mechanisms,the monitoring and controlling of occurrence and prevalence of JWB,and maintain⁃ing and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of jujube industry.
