混凝土外加剂与水泥适应性的改善措施分析探讨

摘　　要：在社会经济发展的过程中,基建工程的规模也不断扩大,在此过程中,混凝土材料的使用量也越来越多,为了保障基建工程整体质量,应对混凝土质量进行控制。在对混凝土进行制备过程中,水泥和外加剂是重要的组成部分,两者之间的适应性将会直接对混凝土质量产生影响,因此,应保障外加剂和水泥之间的适应性符合要求,使基建工程强度与耐久性进一步提高。该文首先对外加剂对水泥的影响情况进行阐述,再对混凝土外加剂和水泥之间适应性与基建工程质量之间的关系进行总结;其次对混凝土外加剂与水泥适应性的主要影响因素进行总结,并对外加剂和水泥适应性存在的问题进行总结;最后以此为基础,提出提高外加剂与水泥适应性的主要措施,旨在为混凝土制备提供借鉴。In the process of social and economic development,the scale of infrastructure projects is also increasing,and in this process,the use of concrete materials is also increasing.In order to ensure the overall quality of infrastructure projects,the quality of concrete should be controlled.During the preparation of concrete,cement and admixtures are important components,and the adaptability between the two will directly affect the quality of concrete.Therefore,the adaptability between admixtures and cement should be ensured to meet the requirements,so as to further improve the strength and durability of infrastructure projects.This paper first expounds the influence of admixtures on cement and then summarizes the relationship between the adaptability of concrete admixtures and cement and the quality of infrastructure projects.Then it summarizes the main influencing factors of the adaptability between concrete admixtures and cement and analyzes the problems of the adaptability between admixtures and cement.Finally,based on this,it proposes the main measures to improve the adaptability between admixtures and cement,aiming to provide reference for concrete preparation.
