摘  要:针对秦山一期核电站辐照后的乏燃料棒探伤检验,该文在热室中建立了一套可远程控制的涡流实验装置,对乏燃料棒进行了全尺寸涡流探伤;检查发现燃料棒包壳完整,无穿壁性缺陷和内外壁裂纹,仅在外表面出现了一些小的划伤;涡流探伤结果与外观检验结果一致,这是首次在国内热室对全尺寸乏燃料棒进行的涡流探伤工作。In view of the flaw detection test for the spent fuel rod after irradiation in the Qinshan PhaseⅠnuclear power plant,this paper sets up a set of eddy current experimental equipment that can be remotely control in the hot cell,carries out eddy current testing for the full-scale spent fuel rod.After the examination,it is found that the cladding of the fuel rod is complete,without through-wall defects and inner and outer wall cracks,and with only some small scratches on the outer surface.The result of eddy current testing is consistent with that of appearance inspection.This is the first eddy current testing for the full-scale spent fuel rod in the hot cell in China.
