摘  要:高校图书馆有着丰富的文献资源,开展高校图书馆社会服务,能够结合高校图书馆的资源优势,也能进一步提升高校图书馆馆藏资源利用率,这能有效契合当前信息时代下的现实需求,能够更好地满足社会大众对信息资源的现实需要。从这一角度来看,高校图书馆做好社会服务工作具有较强的必要性和可行性,但目前在高校图书馆社会服务中仍存在着观念保守、发展支撑不足、社会互动不够等现实问题,针对这些现实问题,需要高校图书馆管理和工作人员及时更新思想观念,丰富融资渠道,完善规章制度,支持科技创新,这对于优化高校图书馆服务质量,提升其服务水平,实现高校图书馆的高质量发展具有重要意义。The university library has abundant literature resources.Carrying out social services of university libraries can not only combine resource advantages of university libraries,but also further improve the utilization rate of collection resources of university libraries,which can effectively meet actual requirements of the current information age and better meet actual needs of the public for information resources.For this perspective,it has strong necessity and feasibility for university libraries to do a good job of social service work.However,at present,there are still practical problems in social services of university libraries,such as conservative concepts,insufficient development support and insufficient social interaction,and management personnel and staff of university libraries need to update their ideas and concepts in time,enrich financing channels,improve rules and regulations,and support scientific and technological innovation,which is of important significance for optimizing the service quality of university libraries,promoting their social service levels and achieving the high-quality development of university libraries.
