摘　　要：“互联网+服务”是当前图书馆智慧服务的显著特征。图书馆在智慧服务的建设过程中,将分别从资源建设、人员团队建设、智慧环境建设等方面体现图书馆智慧服务体系的构建和发展方向。该文以图书馆智慧服务为研究对象,以技术接受模型为依托,采用刺激-反应学习理论模型和动机、理论、机会模型原理对图书馆智慧服务中的资源建设、服务团队和技术支持等因素进行分析,构建出图书馆智慧服务体系基础框架。"Internet+Service"is the prominent feature of the current intelligent service of libraries.In the construction of intelligent services,the library will reflect the construction and development direction of the intelligent service system of libraries from the aspects of resource construction,personnel team construction and intelligent environment construction.This paper takes the intelligent service of libraries as the research object,relies on TAM,analyzes factors such as resource construction,service teams and technical support in intelligent services of libraries by using the SOR model and the principle of MOA theory,and constructs the basic framework of the intelligent service system of libraries.
