摘　　要：伴随我国“一带一路”政策的落地,我国与其他国家衔接较为紧密,贸易量持续性增加,航道行业也面临新的机遇。为加速我国航运建设,国家促进内河航道高速发展,积极推行和落实航运信息化、自动化建设。智慧航道建设与港航管理业务融合模式研究化作为核心构成,更是智能船舶与信息化管理的前提。港航管理业务较多,为提高其工作效率,逐步引入多个先进的信息技术,打造智慧化航道建设与港航管理业务平台,实现多元化功能,促进港航业良好发展。该文通过信息技术与港航管理深层次的融合,尝试建立完善的融合模式,营造一体化管理环境,发挥管理者主导作用又凸显船户主体地位,发挥智慧航道建设的作用,促进港航业高效化发展。With the implementation of"the Belt and Road"policy in China,China and other countries are more closely connected,trade volume continues to increase,and the waterway industry is also facing new opportunities.To accelerate China'shipping construction,the state promotes the rapid development of inland waterways,and actively promotes and implements the construction of shipping informatization and automation.As the core component,the research of the integration mode of smart waterway construction and port and shipping management business is the premise of intelligent ships and information management.Port and shipping management business is large,so in order to improve its work efficiency,it is necessary to gradually introduce a number of advanced information technologies,build a platform of intelligent waterway construction and port and shipping management business,realize diversified functions,and promote the good development of the port and shipping industry.Through the deep integration of information technology and port and shipping management,this paper tries to establish a perfect integration mode,create an integrated management environment,play the leading role of managers and highlight the main position of ship owners,give play to the role of intelligent waterway construction,and promote the efficient development of port and shipping industry.
