摘　　要：ISO质量管理体系指的是对质量进行控制和组织的管理体系,该质量管理体系已经为诸多国家和企业所认可并采纳,实现了企业管理质量的提高,也在推动企业发展方面展现了重要作用和价值。将该质量管理体系应用于科研项目管理,并遵循质量管理原则进行项目开展,能够带给科研项目新的发展契机。首先介绍ISO质量管理体系与约束,分析ISO质量管理原则及应用重要性,探索ISO质量管理原则在科研项目管理中的应用措施,希望可以为ISO质量管理原则与科研项目管理的结合提供借鉴。The ISO quality management system refers to the management system that controls and organizes quality,and this quality management system has been recognized and adopted by many countries and enterprises,which not only realizes the improvement of enterprise management quality,but also shows an important role and value in promoting the development of enterprises.Applying this quality management system to scientific research project management and carrying out the project according to quality management principles can bring new development opportunities to scientific research projects.Firstly,this paper introduces the ISO quality management system and its constraints,analyzes ISO quality management principles and the importance of their application,and explores application measures of ISO quality management principles in scientific research project management,hoping to provide reference for the combination of ISO quality management principles and scientific research project management.
