摘  要:水工大体积薄壁混凝土施工期的温度测量和控制是一项繁杂的工作。由于人工操作的主观性,温度测量和控制有时会不及时、不准确。基于单片机和C语言,研发了一套混凝土智能温控系统。并针对大体积薄壁结构混凝土特点,改进了冷却水流量控制算法。该系统能自动监测混凝土结构温度,并自动调整混凝土冷却水流量和自动控制混凝土表面加热保温,可避免混凝土温控措施调整不及时引起的开裂风险,提高了混凝土施工质量。该设备的工程测试效果较好,对水工大体积薄壁结构混凝土的智能化温控有一定的推进作用。The temperature measurement and control of hydraulic mass thin-walled concrete during the construction period is a complex work.Due to the subjectivity of manual operation,the measurement and control is sometimes not timely and not accurate.Based on single-chip and C language,a set of concrete intelligent temperature control system is designed.According to the characteristics of mass thin-walled structure concrete,the control algorithm of cooling water flow is improved.The system can automatically monitor the temperature of concrete structure.The system can also adjust the cooling water flow and control the insulation of concrete surface.The concrete cracking risk caused by untimely adjustment of temperature control measures can be avoided and the quality of concrete construction can be improved.The test result of the equipment is good in practical engineering.It can promote the intelligent temperature control of hydraulic mass thin-walled structure concrete.
