摘 要:针对传统方法提取精度低与划分模糊的问题,提出基于极值理论的供应链采购风险度量方法。分析企业的采购流程特点,根据企业采购流程特点划分采购风险类型。并通过极值理论系数,提取企业供应链采购风险特征分布结果,完成基于极值理论的供应链采购风险度量。与传统风险度量方法相比,基于极值理论的风险度量精确度更高,能更详细并且准确地进行供应链采购风险管理。Aiming at the low precision extraction and fuzzy division of traditional methods,an measurement method of supply chain procurement risk based on extreme value theory is proposed.This paper analyzes the characteristics of enterprise procurement process,and divides the types of procurement risk according to the characteristics of enterprise procurement process.Through the coefficient of extreme value theory,the distribution results of procurement risk characteristics of enterprise supply chain are extracted,and the measurement of procurement risk of Supply Chain Based on extreme value theory is completed.Compared with the traditional risk measurement methods.Risk measurement based on extreme value theory is more accurote,and can carry out supply chain procurement risk management in more detail and accurately.
