摘 要:智慧社区配电网供电电压存在不可控的变化趋势,导致评估效果不精准,提出智慧社区配电网供电可靠性风险动态综合评估方法。分析智慧社区配电网供电可靠性风险因素,研究了供电可控与不可控的变化趋势,并以低电压分支部分为参考,计算电压暂降幅度。构建动态模糊神经网络的结构,依据动态模糊规则构建评估矩阵,得到特征向量,并获取综合评估结果。由实验结果可知,配电网供电范围评估结果与实际范围一致,具有精准评估效果。The power supply voltage of smart community distribution network has an uncontrollable change trend,which leads to inaccurate evaluation effect.A dynamic comprehensive evaluation method of power supply reliability risk of smart community distribution network is proposed.This paper analyzes the risk factors of power supply reliability of smart community distribution network,studies the change trend of controllable and uncontrollable power supply,and calculates the voltage sag amplitude with reference to the low voltage branch.The structure of the dynamic fuzzy neural network is constructed,and the evaluation matrix is constructed according to the dynamic fuzzy rules,and the feature vector is obtained,and the comprehensive evaluation results are obtained.The experimental results show that the evaluation result of distribution network power supply range is consistent with the actual range,which has accurate evaluation effect.
