摘　　要：随着现代制造业的发展,在生产中产品的质量检测越来越被重视,提出基于Geomagic的点云处理与关键数据的提取方法。以铸造齿轮为例,采用非接触式测量技术对被测产品进行三维扫描,将获取的三维点云数据导入Geomagic control软件中进行数据处理,依据产品的设计要求在点云数据上提取对应的产品数据,对产品尺寸和误差进行数据分析,并出具产品的检测报告,为产品的设计和生产提供辅助指导。With the development of modern manufacturing industry,more and more attention is paid to the quality inspection of products in production,This paper takes casting gear as an example,The non-contact measurement technology is used to conduct three-dimensional scanning of the tested product,import the obtained three-dimensional point cloud data into Geomagic control software for data processing,extract the corresponding product data on the point cloud data according to the product design requirements,and analyze the product size,and issue the product test report to provide auxiliary guidance for product design and production.
