摘　　要：总结1例急性肺栓塞患者行下腔静脉滤器植入术、肺动脉血栓抽栓和溶栓术患者的中西结合护理的经验,包括发生肺栓塞的急救护理、穿刺点以及术后导管护理、中药外敷肿胀肢体、饮食及全身调理。This paper summarized the ntegrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine nursingfor a patient with acute pulmonary embolism who underwent inferior vena cava filter im⁃plantation,pulmonary thrombectomy and thrombolysis.The main contents of nursing were as fol⁃lows:emergency rescue for pulmonary embolism,puncture point and postoperative catheter nurs⁃ing,external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine to swollen limbs,diet and systemic con⁃ditioning of Qi and blood.
