摘  要:突发公共卫生事件频发背景下,实现供应链信息服务供给与需求的有效双边匹配,是优化产业结构、完善防控机制、提高地方政府社会治理能力的重要途径。首先,概述了医疗物资供应链中信息服务的应用范围,并强调提升信息服务质量在突发公共卫生事件治理过程中具有重要作用。其次,提出以信息服务本质属性为核心因素,构建信息服务双边互评指标体系;采用区间直觉模糊数理论,依据公平原则,建立考虑双方满意度的多目标匹配模型,运用线性加权法将多目标匹配模型转换为单目标匹配模型。最后,通过仿真分析说明决策方法的优势和可行性。Under the background of frequent public health emergencies,realizing the effective bilateral matching between supply and demand of supply chain information services is an important way to optimize the industrial structure,improve the prevention and control mechanism,and improve the social governance capacity of local governments.Firstly,the application scope of information services in medical supplies supply chain was summarized,and it was emphasized that improving the quality of information services plays an important role in the process of health emergency management.Secondly,this paper proposed to construct an index system for bilateral mutual evaluation of information services with the essential attributes of information services as the core factor;then,using the interval intuitionistic fuzzy number theory,a multi-objective matching model considering the satisfaction of both parties was established based on the principle of fairness,and the linear weighting method was used to transform the multi-objective matching model into a single-objective matching model.Finally,the advantages and feasibility of the decision-making method were illustrated by simulation analysis.
