芍药甘草汤在肌肉骨骼疼痛康复中的运用及研究探析

摘　　要：目的:通过文献整理分析,对芍药甘草汤在肌肉骨骼疼痛康复的临床研究及药理作用进行探析。方法:采用文献检索的方法,就近年来有关芍药甘草汤在肌肉骨骼疼痛康复中的药理研究、临床应用观察等文献进行归类、分析,总结该方药在肌肉骨骼疼痛康复中所起到的治疗作用及药理。结果:该方药理研究表明其具有解痉止痛、抗炎、镇静等作用;临床研究其可有效减轻骨关节疾病引起的疼痛,缓解肌肉痉挛,改善关节活动度,促进功能恢复。结论:芍药甘草汤可以有效减轻肌肉骨骼疼痛,缓解痉挛,改善关节活动度,联合综合康复理疗能够促进功能恢复,提高日常生活能力,缩短病程。Objective:To analyze the clinical research and pharmacological effects of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction on the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain through literature review.Methods:Using the method of literature search,the literature on pharmacological research and clinical application observation of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain in recent years was classified and analyzed,and the therapeutic effect and pharmacology of this prescription in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain were summarized.Results:Pharmacological studies of this prescription showed that it had antispasmodic,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,sedative,and other effects;Clinical research showed that it can effectively alleviate pain caused by bone and joint diseases,relieve muscle spasms,improve joint activity,and promote functional recovery.Conclusion:Shaoyao Gancao Decoction can effectively alleviate musculoskeletal pain,relieve spasms,and improve joint activity.Combined with comprehensive rehabilitation physiotherapy,it can promote functional recovery,improve daily living ability,and shorten the course of disease.
