摘 要:为研究岩层破断角对采场覆岩破断距的影响,结合摩尔库伦理论及极限破断距理论,分析了考虑破断角时顶板的垮落规律,推导了相应的顶板关键层初次垮落距计算公式,并验证了其合理性和可靠性。结果表明:直接顶D1岩层随工作面推进垮落时块体的破断角变化范围为42°~55°,且破断角随块体长度变化规律与计算公式保持一致;考虑破断角的顶板关键层初次垮落距理论值与数值模型中的模拟值差值为1.2、3.2和4.1 m,较单独考虑极限破断距时的垮落距更相符合;在顶板厚度及采高较大、主关键层较远及岩层内摩擦角较大等工况中,应考虑大跨度破断面对顶板破坏规律的影响。This paper is an effort to study the influence of rock breaking angle on overburden breaking distance of the quarry.The method works by analyzing the collapse law of the top slab as the angle′s breaking according to Mohr-Coulomb theory and limit breaking distance theory;deriving the corresponding formula for calculating the initial collapse distance of the key layer in top slab;and verifing its rationality and reliability.The results show that the variation range of the breaking angle of the block is 42°-55°,as the direct roof D1 rock layer collaps along with the advance of the working face,and the variation law behind the breaking angle with the block length is consistent with the calculation formula.Given the initial collapse distance of the roof key layer at the breaking angle,the difference between the theoretical value and the simulated value is 1.2,3.2 and 4.1 m,which is more consistent with the collapse distance of the limit breaking distance considered alone.The influence of large-span fracture face on roof failure law should be considered under the conditions of larger roof thickness and mining height,farther main key stratum and larger friction angle in rock stratum.
