摘 要:为进一步强化阳离子淀粉改性絮凝剂对难沉降煤泥水的处理效果,以絮凝效率、絮体压缩率为指标,考察药剂投加量、煤泥水浓度、pH、超声功率、超声时间对煤泥水絮凝效果的影响,对比分析超声处理前后絮团特性、表面形貌、ζ电位的变化。结果表明,在超声功率为192 W,超声时间6 min,pH值为4,药剂投加量为24 mg/L,煤泥水浓度为40 g/L条件下,絮凝效率及絮体压缩率分别达92.48%、87.5%。该研究可为煤泥水的处理提供一定参考。This paper seeks to strengthen the treatment effect of cationic starch modified flocculants on difficult-to-settle slime water.The study includes investigating the effects of reagent dosage,slime water concentration,pH,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on the flocculation effect of slime water by taking flocculation efficiency and flock compression rate as indicators;comparing and analyzing the flock characteristics,surface morphology andζaccording to the treated changes of electric potential.The results show that under the condition of ultrasonic power by 192 W,ultrasonic time by 6 min,pH value by 4,reagent dosage by 24 mg/L,and slurry concentration by 40 g/L,the flocculation efficiency and flock compression rate reaches 92.48%and 87.5%respectively.This study can provide some reference for the treatment of slurry.
