摘 要:本研究以湘烟5号烤烟品种为材料,探讨了0.004%芸苔素内酯喷施处理4叶1心烟苗,对成苗期烟苗(8叶1心)主要生理生化特性指标的影响。结果表明:喷施芸苔素内酯能明显加强根系活力、提高叶片叶绿素含量;提高硝酸还原酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性;增加烟苗地上及地下部分干物质积累量,促进烟苗生长发育,并以0.004%芸苔素内酯0.25 mg喷施对促进烟苗生长发育的效果最佳,其根系活力、叶片叶绿素总含量及硝酸还原酶(NR)活性分别显著高于对照50.2%、83.9%和130.2%,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,则显著高于对照49.9%、55.4%、310.0%和80.7%。本研究为芸苔素内酯在烟草壮苗培育上的应用提供了参考。In this study,Xiangyan‘5’flue-cured tobacco variety was used to explore the effects of 0.004%brassinolide spraying on the main physiological and biochemical characteristics of the seedling stage(8-leaf).The results showed that spraying brassinolide could significantly strengthen the root activity,increase the chlorophyll content of leaves,and increase the activities of nitrate reductase,superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase.It could also increase malondialdehyde(MDA)content and dry matter accumulation of aboveground and underground parts of tobacco seedlings,and promote the growth and development of tobacco seedlings.Spraying 0.004% brassinolide 0.25mg(treatment 1)had the best effect on promoting the growth and development of tobacco seedlings.The root activity,total chlorophyll content and nitrate reductase(NR)activity were significantly higher than those of the control by 50.2%,83.9% and 130.2% respectively,while the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)were significantly higher than those of the control by 49.9%,55.4%,310.0% and 80.7%.This study provides a reference for the application of brassinolide in the cultivation of strong tobacco seedlings.
