传统民族武术在高校体育教育中的价值分析

摘　　要：文化是国家精神文明状况的外显,对社会的长远建设具有重要价值。历史上各个国家都遗留下了独具特色的文化,显示出民族进程。中国的传统民族武术随着人类的进步而成为承载博大精深文化内涵的重要载体,中国的民族武术具有独特的价值,为了遵循我国建设先进文化的要求,在正确认识中国传统文化价值的基础上,需要充分利用传统文化建设与现代文明相适应的具有民族性的中国文化教育体系。基于此,重点分析了传统民族武术的价值以及传统民族武术在高校体育教育中的应用现状,提出了在高校体育中推广传统民族武术的策略,以期推动传统武术发展,发扬传统文化价值,彰显民族的文化个性和实力。Culture is the manifestation of the national spiritual civilization and has important value for the long-term construction of society.Historically,each country has left behind a unique cultural formation,showing the national process.China’s traditional national martial arts with the progress of mankind has become an important carrier carrying broad and profound cultural connotation,China’s national martial arts have unique value,in order to follow the requirements of China’s construction of advanced culture,on the basis of correct understanding of Chinese traditional cultural values,it is necessary to make full use of traditional culture to build a national Chinese culture education system compatible with modern civilization.Based on this,this paper focuses on the value of traditional national martial arts and the application status of traditional national martial arts in college physical education,and puts forward the strategy of promoting traditional national martial arts in college sports,in order to promote the development of traditional martial arts,carry forward traditional cultural values,and highlight the cultural personality and strength of the nation.
