摘　　要：理论从实践中来,理论又指导实践。电影项目管理中的交换控制权可以规避风险,提高生产效率。站在马克思主义的立场上,运用“正误对比法”对交换控制权进行研究,提出符合中国特色社会主义的电影项目管理方法。Theory comes from practice,and in turn guides practice.The exchange control rights in film project management can avoid risks and improve production efficiency.From the standpoint of Marxism,this paper studies the exchange control rights by using the“the method of correct and error contrast”,and puts forward a film project management method that conforms to socialism with Chinese characteristics.
