摘　　要：目的:通过分析外文印本科技期刊的延期到馆现状,研究外文印本科技期刊到馆延期程度的影响因素。方法:以国家工程技术图书馆外文印本科技期刊到馆滞后数据为例,通过计算期刊滞后周期等方法进行研究。结果:外文印本科技期刊到馆及时性与出版国家的综合实力、与我国地域距离、期刊价格等因素无关,与国内外放假时间、图书代理公司、期刊学术质量、图书馆发订时间等因素有关。结论:我国图书馆应加强外文印本科技期刊到货监督工作,正确认识订购与到货的关系,进一步优化外文期刊到货签到催缺机制,建立外文期刊共享签到数据体系,构建基于文献的到馆滞后知识库,推动外文科技期刊馆藏建设智能化、一体化发展。Objective To study the factors influencing the degree of delayed arrival of printed science and technology journals in foreign languages by analyzing the current situation.Methods Using the data of delayed journal arrival in the National Engineering and Technology Library,the study was conducted by calculating the period of delay.Results The timeliness of arrival was not related to the comprehensive strength of the publishing country,the geographical distance from China,or the price of journals,but was related to the time of domestic and foreign holidays,book agencies,the academic quality of journals,and the time of library issuance orders.Conclusion Libraries in China should strengthen the supervision of the arrival of printed science and technology journals in foreign languages,understand correctly the relationship between subscription and arrival,further optimize the mechanism of arrival sign-in and shortage reminder,establish a shared sign-in data system for foreign-language journals,build a literature-based knowledge base of delayed arrivals,and promote the intelligent and integrated development of foreign-language science and technology journal collection construction.
