摘  要:为了提高农作物秸秆利用效率,回收多余秸秆以备资源化利用及保护耕地,基于原茬地免耕播种机设计一种同步秸秆回收装置,利用免耕播种机播种前清理秸秆的同时回收多余的田间秸秆。首先系统概述了国内外相关研究进展,提出整体设计方案与工作原理,并针对核心部件进行选型与设计,研究结果旨在为实现田间轻便回收多余作物秸秆,为秸秆高效利用和保护性耕作机械的研发提供理论借鉴和技术参考。In order to improve the efficiency of crop straw utilization in China and to recover excess straw for resource utilization and conservation of arable land,a simultaneous straw recovery device is designed based on the no-till planter in the original stubble field to recover excess straw in the field while cleaning straw before planting using the no-till planter.This study first systematically outlines the relevant research progress at home and abroad,proposes the overall design scheme and working principle,and selects and designs the core components.The research results aim to provide theoretical reference and technical reference for the realization of lightweight recovery of excess crop straw in the field,and provide theoretical reference for the research and development of straw efficient utilization and conservation tillage machinery.
