摘 要:我国是农业大国,联合收割机是农业生产中的重要装备之一,在谷物收获过程中发挥着重要的作用。但是目前联合收获机存在自动化和智能化水平较低等问题,限制了联合收割机田间工作效率的提升。以实现联合收割机智能化控制为研究目标,基于CAN总线构建联合收割机控制系统,并对相关部件的设计与选型进行论述,最后通过田间试验验证整机控制效果,研究结果表明联合收割机整体控制精度较高,满足农业生产基本要求。China is a large agricultural country and combine harvester is one of the important equipment in agricultural production,playing an important role in the process of grain harvesting.However,the current combine harvester has problems such as low level of automation and intelligence,which limit the improvement of combine harvester field efficiency.Taking the realization of combine harvester intelligent control as the research goal,constructs the combine harvester control system based on CAN bus,and discusses the design and selection of relevant components,and finally verifies the control effect of the whole machine through field tests.The research results show that the overall control accuracy of the combine harvester is high and meets the basic requirements of agricultural production.
