摘　　要：数字功能样机作为数字化虚拟仿真设计及机械设计优化的基础,是实现机械设计快速生产与高效发展的重要基础,核心技术主要包括快速建模软件、虚拟仿真软件和关键零部件的分析软件。系统论述了数字功能样机软件核心技术与应用特点,研究结果旨在为相关机械设计与制造人员提供发展思路与借鉴。As the basis of digital virtual simulation design and mechanical design optimisation,the“Digital functional prototype”is an important foundation for the rapid production and efficient development of mechanical design,and the core technologies mainly include rapid modelling software,virtual simulation software and analysis software for key components.This study systematically discusses the software and new technologies and application features of“digital functional prototyping”,and the research results aim to provide development ideas and reference for relevant mechanical design and manufacturing personnel.
