摘  要:某电厂汽轮机高调门操纵座弹簧出现了断裂,针对此情况对高调门弹簧进行了强度和疲劳分析。采用ANSYS Workbench和solidworks相结合的方法对该电厂高调操纵座的弹簧进行仿真分析,理论计算结果与仿真分析结果基本一致,误差最大不超过2.5%;实际断裂位置和仿真基本吻合;所得的数据和结果对圆柱螺旋弹簧寿命分析等有极其重要的意义,对进一步解决该电厂弹簧断裂问题提供理论依据。The strength and fatigue life of spring of the high pressure control valve(HPCV)spring house is analyzed because cracking.The spring of HPCV is analyzed with software of the ANSYS Workbench and Solidworks.The results show that the simulation results are basically consistent with the theory solution,and the maximum difference is not more than 2.5%.In addition,the actual damage position of spring is basically in agreement with the simulation results.The data and results are of great importance to the fatigue life analysis of the cylindrical helical spring,and provide a theory basis to solve the damage problem of the spring in future.
